Saeed Al Hebsi
CEO & Co-Founder
Leads Athena Global as CEO and Co-Founder, overseeing vision, strategy and expansion across the UAE and GCC — managing partnerships and driving delivery of AI-enabled solutions in records management, ECM, digitization and intelligent automation for government and enterprise clients.
Previously spent over 14 years at the UAE Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation in senior roles including Project Manager. Also Founding Partner of InvoiceMate, a blockchain and AI-based fintech platform, and manages ventures through VETC International and Casa Mobili.

Sivakumar Ramachandran
Founder & Managing Director
Leads Athena Global Systems India and Athena Global in the UAE, overseeing operations, service delivery and expansion across digitization, document management, outsourcing and staffing services. Over two decades of experience building large-scale operational frameworks for government, telecom, BFSI and healthcare clients.
Founded Anna Kirana and Siva Digital Data Services. Previously led national operations managing a workforce of over 2,500 people at Scorp Enterprise Outsourcing, with earlier roles at Newgen Software and Vodafone.

Karunakar Rai
COO & General Manager
A senior leader in digital transformation, records and information management, and operational excellence with close to three decades of experience across the GCC and India. Leads strategy, service delivery and growth initiatives focused on AI-enabled digitization, ECM solutions and intelligent document processing.
Prior leadership roles at Tejoury, Crown Records Management and IL&FS, managing P&L, PMO and quality across multiple countries. Fellow of the Institute of Information Management (Africa); guest lecturer at Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi.

CFO & Co-Founder
Over twenty years of financial leadership across entertainment, auditing and corporate sectors. As Co-Founder and CFO, manages financial strategy and governance across UAE and India operations — planning, budgeting, cash flow oversight, compliance, pricing strategy and investor relations.
Previous roles include internal audits and financial controls at Big Cinemas (Reliance MediaWorks), and branch-level finance leadership at Kuber Group.
